Meet Your Guide

Peter started meditating at a young age after having a near death experience that changed him. He began seeking out various spiritual teachers in the hope they could help explain what had happened to him. This lead Peter down a path of years of studying various spiritual traditions and practices such as Shamanism, Taoism, Buddhism, Christianity, Gnosticism, Sufism, 

Peter has been teaching the Chinese Martial Art Siu Lam Weng Chun Kung Fu since 2008 which has its foundation in Chan (Zen) Buddhism. Where meditation is a huge part of its teachings. 

Peter has studied with and is certified by the founder of Chi Aura Healing Master Timothy Dunphy  since 2007

Peter continues to learn from various masters and teachers such as Master Co & Dale Allan Hoffmann

What if I don't have any experience?

All of our meditation classes are beginner-friendly. I will guide you trough each process and look after your individual needs and interests.

What should I wear to class?

We recommend wearing clothes you feel most comfortable in. Light and airy clothing combos have been our practitioner favorites.

What if I can't learn meditation?

You may rest assured that you are in good hands. Our top instructors have developed ways of teaching meditation, your chances of failure are slim to none.

Do I need special skills?

The only skill required for meditation beginners is the willingness to listen, learn, and be patient with one's progress.
